- Upfront Payment for Orders (KES 0 – 5,000) — Customers pay 100% upfront via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card before the order is processed.
- Partial Deposit + Balance on Delivery (KES 5,000 – 30,000) — 50% deposit is required, balance due upon delivery.
- Full Prepayment for Custom & Bakery Orders — 100% payment upfront is required.
- Subscription / Loyalty Plan (Optional) — Prepaid weekly or monthly recurring deliveries.
- Payment Methods — M-Pesa, Airtel Money, bank transfer, card, and limited COD.
- Late / Rush Fees — Extra charges may apply for same-day delivery requests.
